Please remember, the time slot you choose is just for meeting Santa. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes early to allow time for check-in and getting settled, but you're more than welcome to enjoy The Christmas Experience any time from 9am on the day of your visit.

We offer an Essential Companion ticket free of charge to visitors who hold an Access Card with the +1 symbol. 

If you don’t have an Access Card, you can apply for a Wroxham Barns Digital Access Pass free of charge, which will allow access to Wroxham Barns for 3 years. Or, you can upgrade to a full Access Card which is £15 and can be used across multiple venues in the UK.

If your application is approved by Nimbus Disability (who administer the Access Card scheme) to include the +1 requirement, this will allow you to add an Essential Companion ticket,

Please note; applications can take a minimum of 5 working days to be assessed by the Nimbus Disability team. We cannot accept any alternative documentation whilst you are waiting and you will be charged the full entry price.
