Please remember, the time slot you choose is just for meeting Santa. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes early to allow time for check-in and getting settled, but you're more than welcome to enjoy The Christmas Experience any time from 10am on the day of your visit.

Proof required for a carer ticket is listed below, please ensure you bring one of the below items otherwise you will be charged full admission:

> Disability living allowance, attendance allowance award letter.
> Letter from gp or consultant (dated within last 12 months) confirming need for a full-time carer (this does not need to be a letter of diagnosis).
> Personal independence payment letter (dated within last 12 months).
> Valid blue badge.
> Valid Nimbus Access Card displaying the +1 symbol to show carer entitlement.
